Drink of the week: The Scottish Enlightenment
2pt Glenmorangie 10yr
2pt Lillet Blanc
1pt French Liqueur (eg Cointreau, congac, Domaine de Canton)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Shake with ice. Strain and serve in old fashioned glass.
The dry elements of the scotch balance the sweet parts of the liqueur, allowing the citrus to open up properly. Surprisingly bright for a scotch-based drink.
